The NAR folks acts as my lackeys. They tell lies to the marks then they bring the lied-to marks to me so the job being done on them can be finished off. The result: The NAR guys get to chalk up a win and so do I.
The NAR guys use their own money and take the all the risks, we bankers get to use somebody else’s money and any risk that is taken by us is shared by the taxpayers.

Meanwhile, it seems Teresa Giudice might be a fraud!
Or at least, that’s what officials are trying to prove, but she’s continuing to plead not guilty to the accusations.
Tre and her juicy lil’ man, Joe Giudice, were in court today (above) where they pleaded not guilty to two additional charges of fraud related to a matter where she supposedly falsely claimed to be a realtor in order to obtain a bank loan.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple supposedly filed a false application for a $361k mortgage loan as Tre reportedly listed herself as a realtor who made $15k per month, while in reality, she was apparently not working outside the home.

“With the movement on immigration reform at a standstill in Congress, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and other top Silicon Valley executives joined together on Wednesday to urge lawmakers to press ahead with their work on fixing the country’s immigration system.
Zuckerberg, LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and Dropbox CEO Andrew Houston were on hand to help kick off a “hackathon” event at LinkedIn’s headquarters, where a group of 20 young immigrants who came to the country illegally as children, often called “Dreamers,” will spend the next 25 hours coding Web tools aimed at advocating for immigration reform.
“I think this is one of the biggest civil rights issues of our time,” Zuckerberg told reporters and the room of young coders from across the U.S. “We’re at a pretty critical moment in the movement right now where it’s really important to keep pushing ahead.”
“As House Republicans have all but ruled out the possibility of passing any sweeping legislation before the end of the year, immigration advocates are operating with an increased sense of urgency.”
“immigration advocates are operating with an increased sense of urgency.”
Like using their children as human shields during home invasions (aka protests on private property). How fooked as a being do you have to be to do something like that?
“I think this is one of the biggest civil rights issues of our time”
no you don’t Zuck. If you did, you would oppose scamnesty until all taxpayer-funded health and welfare is abolished and taxpayer-funded education is all abolished. You ignore the civil rights of Joe Q Taxpayer.
I would start by eliminating all interpreters at immigration hearings. If you can’t fill out the forms and speak to a judge in English, then why are you still here?
Yes, well, Joe Q could give up their Faceschmuck page, but don’t EVER ask them to do that. “I need it for my business”, “That’s how I keep in touch with my friends and family”. Joe Q created the Zuck monster and it’s turning on them, but see if they care.
“I need it for my business”.
The worm will turn only when, as I’ve said before, some of the Silly Valley moguls have their children kidnapped and mailed back to them in pieces. The hubris of these turds is amazing.

Although it helps, it still doesn’t guarantee safety, as some of the wealthier folks south of the border have found. This is the future they’re creating for their children. No freedom to go play in the woods and explore.
They’re just as bankrupt, if not more so, than the people using their kids as human shields at home invasion protests.

And assume false identities when they are shipped off to college (think Patty Hearst).
Zuck has become rich helping the PTB create a tool for big government to monitor people, we will never know how much money the intelligence agencies paid FB for information. He does not dare buck them when they want him to promote amnesty when that is part of the globalization game plan.
One day he may get it as he has to wait 6 hours in an emergency room while all the illegals who pay nothing get treated first after he was hit by a drunk illegal who has 5 kids in public schools while his property taxes go through the roof….

I wonder if he and the others would feel the same way if the so called “dreamers” were sons and daughters of anti-Castro cuban immigrants or the sons and daughters of communist refugees from other parts of the world?
Eric Holder and his team have probably deported most of them by now or grabbed them from their homes at gunpoint (Elián González)…but just asking the question.
1. Start the clock now. Make it be well-known to every college and technical school that H1-B will stop in six years. Let in H1-B’s to work in two-year stints. Then STOP the program.
2. H1-B’s can come to the country to work, but ONLY the worker. No parents, and NO wives.
“I think it’s important for the Fed, as hard as it is, to attempt to detect asset bubbles when they are forming. We devote a good deal of time and attention to monitoring asset prices in different sectors, whether it’s house prices or equity prices and farmland prices, to try to see if there is evidence of price misalignments that are developing. By in large, I would say that I don’t see evidence at this point in major sectors of asset price misalignments, at least of the level that would threaten financial stability.”

“Israel’s prime minister harshly condemned the international community’s nuclear deal with Iran on Sunday, calling it a “historic mistake” and saying he was not bound by the agreement.
Speaking to his Cabinet, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the world had become a “more dangerous place” as a result of the deal and reiterated a long-standing threat to use military action against Iran if needed, declaring that Israel “has the right and the duty to defend itself by itself.”
The deal is the classic kick the can down the road deal. Both sides needed the deal, Iran for economic reasons and Obama for political reasons (get Obamacare off the front of the news cycles). Iran is getting billions of dollars of assets release but unfortunately the Iranian people will not see much relief. That money will go to support Iran’s war in Syria. The rebels have recaptured Syria’s major oilfield. Syria is broke and relies on Iran for economic support. Last year when many were predicting the imminent demise of Assad, I said his removal will be long and bloody. Very little has changed and he is, in fact, a little stronger. However, it is a war of attrition and his enemies have the numbers and Gulf cash on their sides and Iran cannot afford the economic costs of the war and their ally Hezbollah cannot afford the blood they are paying.
As long as Iran has the capacity to enrich uranium it has the capacity to make a bomb, it is only a question of how long after it makes the decision will it take. Therefore, I never see Iran giving up that right to enrich so I do not see how this ends without regime change. Six months we will be right back to where we were but I guess we can hope that the Iranian people remove the mullahs but I do not see how that happens.
Remember, Iran is not an Arab country and does not want the Al Quada rebels to win in Syria, Iraq, or Afghanistan.
It is true the Iranians are primarily Persian and not Arab but the key divide is religious Shiite vs. Sunni. The whole region is split along these lines including Lebanon and Syria where they are Arab primarily. The deal does not relax the oil sanctions so Iran is not going to have all the money it needs. Unless we cave on the enrichment issue this will not change in six months.
Yeah, sounds like another Fox News talking point. So, Obama called up his buds in Iran and said “dang bro the press is killin’ me over an internet issue, let’s make a deal NOW.” And Iran said “OK bro have some yellowcake on me.”
Riiiight.
The attempts to talk to Iran started even before talks about Obamacare started. The outreach to Iran didn’t go far, but then three American hikers inadvertently crossed the Iranian border and were caught. (remember them?) When the Obama Admin had to negotiate their release, Obama saw it as a foot in the door to further negotiation. He kept the talks going all the way to the nuclear program. The result of long negotiation is the tentative deal announced today.
Bibi is flawed but there is no doubt that Bibi is a bad a$$. He even went to Reggie Jackson’s high school in Philly.
Netanyahu joined the Israel Defense Forces during the Six-Day War in 1967, and became a team leader in the Sayeret Matkal special forces unit. He took part in many missions, including Operation Inferno (1968), Operation Gift (1968) and Operation Isotope (1972), during which he was shot in the shoulder. He fought on the front lines in the War of Attrition and the Yom Kippur War in 1973, taking part in special forces raids along the Suez Canal, and then leading a commando assault deep into Syrian territory.[3] He achieved the rank of captain before being discharged…..At MIT, Netanyahu graduated near the top of his class, wiki

I’m noticing that instead of job growth we keep getting asset inflation as the pathway to an improving economy. I guess its a lot easier to manipulate asset prices?
Associated Press: “U.S. job openings and overall hiring both reached five-year highs in September, signaling steady improvement in the job market.
Job postings rose 69,000 to a seasonally adjusted 3.9 million, the Labor Department said Friday. That’s the most since March 2008, just a few months after the deep recession began.”
In his essay, Jerry Jordan makes a number of important points. I want to bring attention to one insightful if not provocative statement. “At its root, monetary policy is a fiscal instrument in a fiat currency world.” It is a fiscal instrument because it works by varying the rate of inflation, and inflation is a tax. Viewed that way, monetary policy is a separate system of taxation. That was an argument made cogently by Armen A. Alchian and Reuben A. Kessel in a 1962 scholarly article on the “Effects of Inflation.” Given the recent, loose talk about the beneficent effects of higher inflation, their argument is worth keeping in mind.
In a gold or other commodity standard world, central banks cannot generate inflation if they want to stay on the standard. The price level is determined globally by the operation of the commodity standard. It might be better to say there is no monetary policy on a commodity standard. Hence, there is no separate fiscal policy run by central banks.
We have low (not no) price inflation, conventionally measured. But conventional measures are misleading. They exclude asset prices, and by that measure, there are quite strong inflationary pressures. Moreover, these pressures are global. The effects of easy Fed monetary policy work there way both directly and indirectly into the asset prices in other countries. Some countries, like Hong Kong, peg their currencies to the U.S. dollar. The exchange rate of the Hong Kong dollar to the U.S. dollar is maintained within a tight band. The Fed’s creation of U.S. dollars directly impacts the supply of Hong Kong dollars. In practice, that first impacts property values and equity prices in Hong Kong.
As John Taylor and others have argued, even central banks that maintain a floating exchange rate against the U.S. dollar cannot realistically fight Fed policy. To do so would cause a crippling appreciation of the exchange rate of the local currency. Hence, the Fed is exporting global asset-price inflation.
In the meantime, the Fed is engaged in what is called financial repression. By keeping nominal interest rates very low, the Fed ensures that real (inflation-adjusted) interest rates are negative. There is a massive transfer from middle-class savers to favored investors and speculators. The beneficiaries are wealthier and become more so in the process. They are often politically connected. It is a shocking and largely unremarked regressive income-transfer policy. Once again, it illustrates how monetary policy in a fiat currency world is fiscal policy.
In his further contribution to the discussion, Jordan correctly focuses on Fed governance and the scope for massive discetion. As he observes, there are no rules governing the actions of central banks in a fiat currency world. That greatly exacerbates the problems discussed above.

Opinion Debunking the Myths About Central Banks Does an economy need a lender of last resort? Is the Fed really independent? It’s time for some rethinking.

Myths govern modern central banking. Like many myths, they contain an element of truth that has been distorted by exaggeration and misapplication. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the U.S. Federal Reserve System—an appropriate time for some long-overdue myth-busting.
The first myth is that central banks are intrinsically necessary for market economies. History and theory belie this.

Last Thursday, November 14, two discussions about the policies and practices of the U.S. central bank were occurring only a few miles apart, but they may as well have been on opposite sides of the planet. In the U.S. Senate, a committee was questioning the nominee to become the next chairman of the Fed, while over at the Cato Institute’s Hayek auditorium scholars were looking back over the 99-year history of the Fed and pondering whether the future would be more of the same.
Neither discussion came to grips with the crucial issue of when and how the Fed eventually ends and ultimately unwinds its massive asset purchases, known as QE. What should “fed-watchers” be looking at to conclude that enough is enough, it is time to end “pedal to the metal” monetary actions? The Fed is backpedaling off the idea that there is a magic rate of unemployment that will signal the end is near. Scott Sumner suggests nominal GDP will signal when there is too much heat under the kettle. But then what? Nominal GDP jumped from 2.4% in QII to 4.7% in QIII, as the personal consumption price index went from a small decline in the second quarter to 1.9% increase in the third. Suppose NGDP rises further to 6% or higher in the fourth quarter? What should the FOMC instruct the trading desk to do? There is no Federal funds market; the Fed portfolio has no Treasury bills that can be sold.
My point is that there are no rules guiding central bank actions; there is no one inside or outside the Fed who can say anything meaningful about the future. Meaningful congressional oversight is not possible. Neither foreign exchange nor domestic bond markets are providing discipline. This cannot end well.

SAN JOSE (KGO) — We’re learning new details about three white San Jose State University freshmen charged with a hate crime against their African American roommate. Campus police discovered other hate material in one of the student’s rooms.
The new details are in this 28 page police report and filing by the district attorney’s office. It indicates that one of the students had Nazi symbols, a photo of Adolph Hitler, and a Confederate flag in the dorm room.
The hazing happened on the seventh floor of a freshman dorm — a floor for engineering students. Suite 704 was occupied by three whites and one African American.
….The campus police report says last week the victim returned to the suite and found a racial insult on a dry erase board in the common area. It was the “N” word. Prosecutors also say the three are accused of placing a bike lock around the neck of the victim and calling him the racial name “three-fifths.”

These “hate crime” hoaxes get more elaborate by the minute.
Selected white supremacist-related criminal incidents from recent years are shown below:
2012
Oak Creek, Wisconsin, August 5, 2012: White supremacist Wade Michael Page allegedly opens fire in a Sikh temple, killing six and wounding four before shooting himself after being wounded by police. Page was a member of the Hammerskins, a racist skinhead group. He also played in the white power bands End Apathy and Definite Hate.
Central Florida, May 2012: Fourteen white supremacist members of the racist skinhead group American Front are arrested on paramilitary training, hate crime, weapons and conspiracy charges. The members allegedly discussed a number of possible actions, including creating a disturbance in front of Orlando’s city hall, firing into a building, and attacking an anti-racist event.
Gilbert, Arizona, May 3, 2012: White supremacist and anti-immigration extremist J.T. Ready shoots and kills four people, including an infant, before fatally shooting himself.
Naugatuck, Connecticut, March 2012: Connecticut skinhead Stephen Sorriero is arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree assault and breach of peace relating to a St. Patrick’s Day double stabbing.
Illinois and Florida, March 2012: Members of a white supremacist biker gang associated with Aryan Nations are arrested in Florida on drugs and explosives charges following a three-year undercover police investigation. Some of the suspects were charged with threatening to throw a destructive device, while several others were charged with trafficking in prescription drugs and other offenses.
2011
Washington, Oregon, California, September-October 2011: Unaffiliated white supremacists David Pedersen and Holly Grigsby allegedly engage in a multi-state killing spree. Authorities say that the couple murdered Pedersen’s father and stepmother in Seattle, a random white male in Oregon as part of a carjacking, and an African-American male in California as part of another carjacking.
Houston, Texas, August 2011: White supremacists Charles Cannon, Michael McLaughlin, and Brian Kerstetter allegedly attack a 29-year-old African American man at a Houston bus stop while hurling racial epithets at the victim. According to the indictment, at least one of the defendants used racial slurs, while all four defendants surrounded the victim, punching and kicking his head, face and body.
Spokane, Washington, February 2011: White supremacist Kevin Harpham is arrested for the failed bombing of a Spokane, Washington, Martin Luther King, Jr., Day parade. Harpham planted a backpack containing a pipe bomb designed to be triggered by a radio frequency system along the parade route. Harpham was sentenced to 32 years in prison.
Hardy, Arkansas, January 2011: Five white supremacists associated with Blood & Honour and the racist prison gang Aryan Circle firebomb the residence of an interracial couple. Jason Barnwell was sentenced to 20 years; Gary Dodson to 15 years; Wendy Treybig, Dustin Hammond, and Jake Murphy pleaded guilty, each receiving sentences between 21 and 54 months.
Phoenix, Arizona, January 2011: White supremacist Jeffrey Harbin, who has ties to the National Socialist Movement, is arrested for possessing and transporting an explosive device. He was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty.
Cooperstown, North Dakota, January 2011: Self-proclaimed white supremacist Daniel Wacht murders and decapitates 54-year-old Kurt Johnson. Johnson’s severed head was found in a crawl space in Wacht’s basement. His body has not been found. Wacht was sentenced to serve life in prison with no parole.
Joseph Paul Franklin, a white supremacist who targeted blacks and Jews in a cross-country killing spree from 1977 to 1980 and the man who shot Larry Flynt and left him partly paralyzed, was executed Wednesday by the state of Missouri.
….Franklin shot Flynt after Hustler published a photo shoot featuring a black man and a white woman.
We can post articles about hatred and violence all day, but what does it accomplish? I mentioned after the mass shootings that there was something wrong about the attitude toward violence in this country. For whatever reasons, we’ve embraced it on many levels. From video games, to war, there is a shoot first mentality.
Look at the militarization of police. Look at the initial reaction to the chemical weapons in Syria. Now we have ordinary politicians say things like, “I’m really good at killing people.” Sure, these positions of power have always had people killed, but that it’s openly talked about so casually says something about all of us.
Can you imagine a presidential candidate asking for peace and understanding? I was floored when Ron Paul got loudly booed at a GOP debate, because he mentioned the Golden Rule. What needs to happen is a reexamination of the use of force in our lives. And along with that, of encouraging a victim mentality. Because when you see yourself as a victim, and in a culture of violence, an unstable person can easily justify violence against those he perceives as persecuting him.
I try to find positives. Like when the people in this country stood up and said no to bombing Syria. There are courts for alleged crimes. There is the UN. If we can find our way back to making violence the last resort, maybe some of these individuals will behave differently too.

It’s hard to believe how deranged some people have become…
“Rebecca M. Blank was a top candidate in 2011 to lead President Obama’s Council of Economic Advisers, but then the White House turned up something politically dangerous.
“A commitment to economic justice necessarily implies a commitment to the redistribution of economic resources, so that the poor and the dispossessed are more fully included in the economic system,” Ms. Blank, a noted poverty researcher, wrote in 1992. With advisers wary of airing those views in a nomination fight, Mr. Obama passed over Ms. Blank, then a top Commerce Department official and now the chancellor of the University of Wisconsin. Instead he chose Alan Krueger, a Princeton economist.
“Redistribution is a loaded word that conjures up all sorts of unfairness in people’s minds,” said William M. Daley, who was Mr. Obama’s chief of staff at the time. Republicans wield it “as a hammer” against Democrats, he said, adding, “It’s a word that, in the political world, you just don’t use.”
These days the word is particularly toxic at the White House, where it has been hidden away to make the Affordable Care Act more palatable to the public and less a target for Republicans, who have long accused Democrats of seeking “socialized medicine.” But the redistribution of wealth has always been a central feature of the law and lies at the heart of the insurance market disruptions driving political attacks this fall.”
My impression is that redistribution is politically palatable, provided it is done by the Fed, through monetary policy, not by the President and Congress, through fiscal policy.
My impression is that redistribution is politically palatable, provided it is done by the Fed, through monetary policy, not by the President and Congress, through fiscal policy ??
IMO, it depends on the 2014, 2016 elections….The right wing of the republicans have bet the ranch with their obstructionist positions…Reid just bet the ranch with ending the 60 vote rule…
Its either going to move to center right or it could go further to the left…If it goes further left then, IMO, “redistribution” will come in the form of complete tax reform overhaul but still retaining a progressive bent…
Lets take just one item in the tax code…Deductibility of property tax on your federal tax return…The elimination of that one item alone would hammer the upper middle class and the 1%er’s…
They would do it through asset price inflation, which transfers wealth from non-Ownership Society members to Ownership Society members.

Would you want to go to work and bust your @ss knowing your never going to get ahead because you cant afford the american dream such as a home and a car to get to work?
This is the decision facing countless people today. Go to work for a salary that wont pay your bills or get on the lucrative govt gravy train.

It didn’t work out for us so well after the last time the household wealth distribution became as lopsided as the current one is, which was the 1920s.
NEW YORK (CNNMoney)
It’s not just income inequality. It’s lifespan inequality. And education inequality. And declining economic growth.
It’s a well-established fact that the rich are getting richer, while the poor and middle class are falling behind.
“The 400 richest people in the United States have more wealth than the bottom 150 million put together,” said Berkeley Professor and former Labor Secretary Robert Reich on a recent CNNMoney panel on inequality.
Meanwhile, the median wage earner in America took home 9% less last year than in 1999.
But the rising income gap is manifesting itself in American society in other ways too.
Social scientists have long said income inequality is bad for society. Yet popular measures of social stability — crime rates, voter non-participation — have been going down over the last couple of decades.
So how does inequality hurt?
Lifespans: Paychecks aren’t the only things that are increasingly unequal. Rich people are actually living longer than poor people.
In the early 1980s, wealthy Americans lived 2.8 years longer than the poor, according to the Department of Health and Human Services. The wealthy and poor were defined as the top and bottom 10% on a number of different economic measures.
But by the late 1990s the rich were living 4.5 years longer, and the gap has only widened since then, HHS said.
The increasing disparity is a result of a variety of reasons including “material and social living conditions” as well as access to medical care, according to HHS.
Education: For Americans born in the early 1960s, 5% of poor people went to college and 35% of rich folks did, according to the Russell Sage Foundation. They defined rich and poor as top and bottom 25% for income.
Only one generation later — Americans born around 1980 — the number of rich people going to college jumped by 20 percentage points. For poor people, it rose only 3 percentage points.
That further perpetuates the cycle of income inequality, as an increasing number of middle-class jobs favor the more educated.
While researchers stress that it’s difficult to concretely link any of these measures with rising income inequality, the correlation is compelling.
“When income inequality goes up, you see more inequality in these other things,” said Lane Kenworthy, a professor of sociology and political science at the University of Arizona.
Economic growth: Some economists have long argued that a widening income gap suppresses economic growth and job creation, and may be one reason this economic recovery doesn’t feel like a recovery at all.
The theory is based on research showing middle-class people tend to spend more of their income than rich people. As their incomes and feelings of relative wealth decline, so does overall economic growth.
Since the recession ended, growth has averaged just 2.2%. That compares to the 3.3% historical average since the Great Depression.
“Our middle class is too weak to support the consumer spending that has historically driven our economic growth,” Nobel Prize-winning Economist and Columbia Professor Joseph Stiglitz wrote in an editorial earlier this year.
“With inequality at its highest level since before the Depression, a robust recovery will be difficult in the short term, and the American dream — a good life in exchange for hard work — is slowly dying.”

“And there were a couple million less of those taking home a wage!”
Possibly significant statistical distortion: There is a very good chance the ‘couple a million’ you mentioned are systematically excluded from the median wage earner calculation. I.e., if you included all the potential workers who have dropped out of the labor force in calculating the median, then the drop in median wages would look a lot worse than 9%.

I bet that you are right. Why would people not earning a wage be counted in any statistic about wage earners. It is only interesting in the context of the overall spending ability of the populace that millions less “wage earners” exist and those that remain earn less.

1) If the goal is to characterize the median wage among current workers, then you would not include the people not earning a wage.
2) If the goal is to measure the change in the median wage for potential workers, then you should include those who are not working with a wage of $0.
I submit that the latter calculation is more in line with what one should measure as the effect of the Great Recession on wages; otherwise you confound changes in the labor force with changes in the wage.
For an extreme (hypothetical) example, suppose that after a recession, 90% of the population was laid off and the remaining 10% all saw their pay doubled. Method 1) would show a 100%+ gain in the median wage, while method 2) would show a 100% loss, closer to the true picture for the median-income (former) worker.
Real estate expert Fabian Calvo says, “Is real estate a manipulated market that will eventually go bust and collapse? Yes, it will . . . but these guys talking economic collapse are buying real estate because they know it’s the end of the road rush to hard assets.” Calvo says the housing bubble is going to continue to be re-inflated with cheap government money. Calvo predicts, “After 2014, mark my words; you’ll be seeing that ramping up to unprecedented levels that will make the sub-prime look like nothing.” Calvo goes on to say, “There is literally an ‘Obama Loan’ which is completely unprecedented. Can you imagine if there was a ‘Ronald Reagan Loan’? This is insanity. . . You’re going to see the federal government take over a large portion of the housing market.” Calvo says, “People doing multi-billion dollar deals on a monthly basis all recognize the dollar will lose its world reserve currency status. All of them agree it’s going to happen probably sooner than later.” According to Calvo’s hedge fund sources, the Fed is printing way more than $85 billion a month to prop up the economy. Calvo contends, “The guys I talk to are in closed door meetings with Fed chiefs, and they’re telling me it’s closer to $125 billion a month . . . the looting of the country is literally happening right now.” Join Greg Hunter as he goes One-on-One with Fabian Calvo of TheNoteHouse.us.
This is the big wealth redistribution ObaMarx (”from each according to his ability to each according to his need”) had in mind. The CRA of Clowntoon and Section 8 of Nixon were other ingredients to force the civilized people to have the drug/rude/lazy/criminal sector as neighbors.
This is the big reason real estate has been overvalued since the 70s. As more and more “progressive” laws are signed in, the high end apartment rentals with no section 8 get the civilized refuges from the SFH slums.
All our spending policies are based on the misconception that a human” s behavior is primarily determined by his or her environment. Put a person in nice home through section eight and he will become very responsible. We have seen that this does not work, it only means that the section 8 apartment will get trashed out.
However, we are too politically correct to admit that human behavior is primarily genetically determined and the only way to reduce crime and dependency is eugenics applied in a humane manner. When the Economist magazine was less driven by a globalist agenda it use to call the refusal to use eugenics Hitler’s revenge. Interesting, Stalin killed more people than Hitler trying to change human behavior by changing their environment and beliefs but we did not abandon the belief that your could change people by changing their environment. In sum, we change our policies to reflect reality or our next stop is Idiocracy and 12 billion people on the Earth.
“… the only way to reduce crime and dependancy is eugenics applied in a humane manner.”
“… applied in a humane manner.”
Lol. IOW we want to KILL YOU and KILL EVERYBODY YOU ARE RELATED TO but we want to do this in a humane manner.
And we will do all of this in the name of improving the gene pool.
And because I have declared myself to be near the top of the gene pool I will get to decide who gets to live and who doesn’t.

I did not say kill anyone. A number of years ago, I read about a private program where crack addicted mothers were being offered $300 to be sterilized and an amazing number took the offer. Right now we incentivize low income people to have children. Have another child see your check go up, of course the biggest incentive is to have the first child. I just want us to change the incentive. As I said a few days ago when someone with an IQ of 90 or below turns 18 we offer them $30,000 dollars to be sterilized. This amount drops by 1,000 per year for males and $1500 for females each year due to fertility realities. We have similar incentives for people in prison of all IQs.
It is voluntary and has some hope of reducing our costs. All over the world countries are going broke trying the old environmental methods of fighting poverty. I do not care how many billions of dollars you spend on education, you will not turn a person with an IQ of 75 into a world class computer programmer. However, our insane policies seem to think that is possible.

And that is why what I am advocating is not racism. I do not advocate the elimination of any race. Only that we discourage people of all races with low IQ from not having children. I do not want coercion but persuasion. Facts are stubborn things, if you look at a list of wealthy nations and look at their IQs anyone should see that wealthy and high IQ nations have an almost perfect overlap. If you did it in the US by zip code, you would observe the same thing.

I once had occasion to visit Oslo. My boss’s boss (i.e. highly paid) lived in a two-bedroom townhome with his wife and two toddlers, and showed no signs cabin fever or wanting to move. If this guy had lived in the US, he would lived in a mass-produced shrine to Robert Toll.
I didn’t see a single large house in my week there. Anytime I thought I saw a McMansion, it turned out to be an office building or a museum.

“I think overvaluation since the 70s has a lot to do with going off of the gold standard, which in turn may have been caused by expenses from the Vietnam War.”
+1 Very good.
Actually four very expensive things happened around that period: The Vietnam War, The Great Society Programs, The Clean Water Act and Israel’s Yom Kippur War that resulted in The OPEC Oil Embargo. The gold standard was kaput.
The language of GOP racial politics is heavy on euphemisms that allow the speaker to deny any responsibility for the racial content of his message. The code words in this game are “entitlement society” — as used by Mitt Romney — and “poor work ethic” and “food stamp president” — as used by Newt Gingrich. References to a lack of respect for the “Founding Fathers” and the “Constitution” also make certain ears perk up by demonizing anyone supposedly threatening core “old-fashioned American values.”
The code also extends to attacks on legal immigrants, always carefully lumped in with illegal immigrants, as people seeking “amnesty” and taking jobs from Americans.
But the code sometimes breaks down.
Last week a passionate Republican told GOP candidate Rick Santorum: “I never refer to Obama as President Obama because legally he is not [president]. He constantly says that our Constitution is passé and he ignores it. … He is an avowed Muslim and my question is, why isn’t something being done to get him out of government? He has no legal right to be calling himself president.”
Santorum did not blink. The man who recently said he meant “blah people” — when the world heard him say “black people” — as he spoke about parasitic Americans who get better lives by taking “somebody else’s money,” did not correct the assault on the truth. Instead he agreed that Obama is attacking the Constitution and said: “Well, look, I’m trying my best to get him out of office.”

In November 2011, I wrote a column about FDIC loss-share agreements and how banks who exploit them were reaping windfalls while prolonging the foreclosure crisis, depressing property values and harming American families.
The FDIC took issue with my column and defended loss-share as an important money-saving tool used to encourage healthy banks to bid on the assets of failing banks. The theory may be fine, but sweetheart deals, subjective guidelines and a lack of oversight has some loss-share lenders engaging in “scorched-earth” collection practices where bankruptcy and foreclosure are aggressively pursued even in cases traditionally and more appropriately suited for short sales or loan modifications.
A bit of background: When a bank fails, the FDIC seeks to sell the loan portfolios of the failing bank by offering discounts of up to 65 percent and loss-protection of up to 95 percent. Losses, however, are not based on the discounted price paid, but on the original value of the loan.
For example, the FDIC sells a $300,000 mortgage to a new lender for $150,000 and promises to pay 90 percent of the new lender’s “loss.” If the new lender forecloses and sells the home for $100,000, the new lender is deemed to have incurred a “loss” of $200,000 and the FDIC cuts a check for $180,000. The result is a $130,000 profit “earned” without risk.
The absurdity of these numbers illustrates why loss-share lenders have no incentive to negotiate with borrowers and why some lenders may prefer and even pursue default. In 2009, BB&T, with loss-share protection from the FDIC, purchased the loan portfolio of Colonial Bank. Below are a handful of cases highlighting the practices of this regional loss-share lender.
In St. Petersburg, the owner of a gas station was one day late in paying his commercial mortgage. Despite the owner’s multiple efforts to pay, BB&T declared a default, demanded payment of the entire loan and commenced a foreclosure action. Circuit Judge Amy Williams declared in Court: “This is why we’re in a worldwide financial crisis because there’s no business sense any more in the foreclosure industry, none. And it blows my mind.”
In Boca Raton, BB&T sought to foreclose on a fully performing mortgage because a guarantor was allegedly a borrower on an unrelated nonperforming loan, originated by another bank and secured by another property in another county. Circuit Judge Glenn Kelley dismissed the lawsuit stating “[BB&T] shall take nothing in this case… there was never a monetary default… Indeed, to grant the relief requested by [BB&T] would result in an absurd result.”
we really don’t want to talk to you, Mr. Borrower, because if we did and worked something out with you, we couldn’t collect under our shared loss agreement.
In Tampa, BB&T sought to foreclose on a mortgage based on unsubstantiated allegations of a non-monetary default. Circuit Judge William Levens dismissed the case stating “… a bona fide default never occurred… [BB&T] breached its duties of good faith… was motivated to behave in such a manner as a direct result of [FDIC loss-share protection]… stood to profit by declaring a fraudulent defaul.”
t… “”The resulting loan acceleration and law suit were initiated by to maximize collection simultaneously from the FDIC… and from the Defendants…
There are many stories, but most are not exposed because small businesses and working families do not have the resources to fight ruthless collection actions by large institutions that prefer immediate payment in full over incremental, monthly payments.
Some experts suggest that this “terminator-like” approach to collection stems from the misinterpretation of a loss-share requirement to use “best efforts to maximize collection” to mean “exhaust all available collection efforts.” While banks surely prefer objective requirements over subjective standards, there can be no excuse for the actions taken by certain lenders and this sounds less like honest misinterpretation and more like lawyerly justification.
Whether the fault lies in FDIC agreements or the actions of a lender or both, we are the ones paying for this outrage and the abuse must stop. By the way, the FDIC has a hundred-billion dollar line of credit with the U.S. Treasury.
The show will feature a professionally staffed San Francisco Federal Credit Union information display.
Credit union staff will be available at the Auto Show to answer questions or help prospective buyers determine the right loan for the vehicle they want.
Besides vehicle loans the credit union offers its members a full range of financial services, including home loans.
Not to belabor a point which I have been making since the bond market started to crash around May 2, 2013, but the price reductions pretty much coincide exactly with when mortgage rates began their gradual march upward.
It is NOT the American dream to have neighbors on section 8 or given special loans because their ancestors were mistreated. Home buyers somehow forget that is what is going on. No one who is off the fence and wanting to buy a house hopes to find section 8 in his neighborhood.

Sixth Graders Polled On Gay Marriage, Abortion And Gun Control
Mikael Thalen
Prison Planet.com
November 24, 2013
Parents of a sixth grade student at the Milam Elementary School in Tupelo, Mississippi were shocked when their daughter brought home a political beliefs worksheet that teachers told students to fill out.
The in-class assignment entitled “Are you a Democrat or Republican?” was posted to the “Stop Common Core in Mississippi” Facebook page with a message alleging that the young female student was told not to talk about or take the assignment outside of class, although some parents refute the claim.
Regardless, the assignment, written for 11-year-old children, asks students what their beliefs are on such issues as abortion, gun control and gay marriage, before having them tally up their “D” and “R” answers to determine which establishment party they belong to.
The worksheet, which has a clear bias towards more government control, goes on to frame such topics as healthcare as supporting care for everyone including the poor if your a Democrat, and essentially denying care to those who cannot afford it if you are a Republican. The paper gives no historical context of the incredible failures of government run healthcare, the millions currently losing their health insurance due to government intervention, or the government’s direct relation to dwindling quality, skyrocketing costs and loss of charity care as the push for government monopoly by both parties’ leadership continues.
The section regarding beliefs on military spending attempts to paint the Democratic party as more anti-war and pro-veteran with Republicans supporting more military intervention and bare minimum aid for those who served. Despite the so called anti-war left becoming nearly non-existent as President Obama expands his drone program and foreign entanglements, the reality of the Republican and Democrat leadership’s continued support of groups who kill our soldiers, while ignoring our veterans perils at home, is unsurprisingly absent.
Many parents not only found the assignment highly inappropriate, but question if the assignment was an attempt to gauge families’ political affiliations given the fact that many sixth graders would likely repeat what they heard at home, not having a true personal understanding of the listed topics. The assignment also clearly attempts to push children into the mindset that there are only two political parties and two mainline opinions to hold on any important topic.
Just last month, 12-year-old students in Colorado were given a similar assignment as well. A quiz entitled “Righty or Lefty?” had near-identical questions, clearly leading children towards the assumption that government is the answer to all issues facing the country.
In similar fashion, parents in Arkansas were shocked to learn that their sixth grade students were being asked to revise the “outdated” Bill of Rights after an assignment informed them that the U.S. government decided that it “may not remain in its current form any longer.”
Other outrages, such as fourth grade students in Illinois being forced to read a biography of the president that labels all white voters as inherently racist, have contributed to the rise in homeschooling as parents reject the MSNBC talking point that all children belong to the “collective” and not their parents.
goes on to frame such topics as healthcare as supporting care for everyone including the poor if your a Democrat, and essentially denying care to those who cannot afford it if you are a Republican.
But how could that subject be “framed” any other way? Let’s get real.

Dying Girl to Receive Lung Transplant After Sebelius Denied It
by Steven Ertelt | Washington, DC | LifeNews.com | 6/12/13 12:29 PM
Sarah’s parents asked a federal judge to intervene and order the Obama administration to alter longstanding organ-donation rules so she can get the lung transplant she desperately needs.
Sebelius says she doesn’t want to intervene in the transplant case when other sick children are dying, but Sarah’s family says hey want the policy changed for all children awaiting a lung transplant, not just Sarah.
Former U.S. Attorney and current Pennsylvania U.S. Congressman Patrick Meehan has reviewed the federal policy and has stated that because Sarah’s doctors believe she will survive the transplant, Sebelius could make an exception to the existing federal regulation “without upsetting precedent or violating the consistency of allocation policy.” He also wrote in a letter to the Secretary that: “Sarah is not asking to be placed ahead of another, but rather she is petitioning for the ability to compete for equitable treatment based on sound medical judgment and that she be accorded her appropriate place in line. Her need and survivability are the critical factors.”
Actually, it might take a week just to read it all. Here was one I saw:

“You don’t understand the issues involved in this case.”
Silly me, I thought there was some policy the government had about not allowing kids lung transplants from adult donors.
The Associated Press
Sunday, June 2, 2013, 10:25 AM
PHILADELPHIA — Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius is calling for a review of policies affecting patients needing lung transplants as a 10-year-old Pennsylvania girl whose parents say she’s been denied the life-saving surgery because of her age remains hospitalized on a ventilator.
Sebelius sent a letter Friday to the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network, asking it to review the policy on lung allocation. The nonprofit agency is under contract with the federal government and also works with United Network for Organ Sharing, which manages the transplant system.
Sebelius asked that a “transparent, deliberative” review be done as soon as possible “with the intent of identifying any potential improvements to this policy that would make more transplants available to children” consistent with the goals of fairness and best use of organs.
‘If I “flailed” people would not be so freaked out about my truths’
Have you ever seen some one who was flailing? They generally don’t know that’s what they are doing. Exhibit A:
‘freaked out about my truths’
I guess you haven’t been paying attention. Obamacare is DOA. Obama himself is on the political ropes, with the rest of his party. Everybody knows it, except you apparently.

I guess you haven’t been paying attention. Obamacare is DOA.
You guys are playing “small-ball”. If you don’t think the game has changed from “why” to “how” on health-care, you’ve not been paying attention. The ground has shifted. The war is won. After battles won or lost are a side-show.
They generally don’t know that’s what they are doing.
My above is Exhibit A on one’s not “paying attention”.

New challenge:
Dude, I’ve been married to the same beautiful hot Brazillian women for over 27 years. Do you want to bet 25K on it? 50K? 500K? I will. It’s on you, you frustrated Larry Craig-homophobe coward. I already beat you on the $500 bet.
You will always lose with me. You frustrated bigot..
What would you call someone who said you were lying when you were not lying?
I apologize. You were not lying. Rather, you were citing a racist homophobe bigot.
You should be ashamed of yourself.

I am starting to pick up on some anger here. Maybe you should talk to someone. You’re not in the States right, so your health insurance has’t been canceled.
You’ve been living in cross-dressing Lola’s empty skull, rent free for months now.

This is what finally convinced me that Lola ain’t 14, but is instead an old broken down spouse. Bigot is an old school word. Today they skip right over it and call you a racist. But he is also very anti-immigration I think also. Which by the standards of today’s limousine intelligentsia would put him in that same class.
You wanna bet?

Taxpayers help cover expenses, but spokesman mum on details
Published: 10/04/2007 at 1:00 AM

While Texas Gov. Rick Perry received significant Internet attention for participating in the secretive Bilderberg annual meeting in Turkey, the attendance of a second U.S. governor was largely overlooked.
WND has confirmed Kathleen Sebelius, the Democratic governor of Kansas, attended the annual meeting of the Bilderberg Group May 31 to June 3 in Istanbul.
Spokesman Seth Bundy of Sebelius’ office told WND the Bilderberg Group paid for the airfare, but Sebelius expensed the state of Kansas for $1,274 to cover her Ritz Carlton luxury hotel room in Istanbul.
Bundy refused to give WND any information about Sebelius’ speech to the Bilderberg Group or about the meeting agenda and attendee list, even though expenses from her trip were paid from public taxpayer funds.
When WND asked Bundy why Sebelius attended the secretive meeting, he responded glibly, “Because she was invited.”
WND asked Bundy if Sebelius met with Perry in Istanbul.
Bundy said he didn’t know.
Bundy also told WND he had never heard of the Trans-Texas Corridor and did not know if Sebelius supported the extension of the superhighway north.
Sebelius attracted national attention in May 2004 by signing a Kansas law granting illegal immigrants a tuition break at the state’s public colleges and universities.
Bundy also told WND he had never heard of the Trans-Texas Corridor and did not know if Sebelius supported the extension of the superhighway north.
Yes but my views on the PTB supporting the North American Union are entirely conspiratorial until they are shown to be correct, just like my calling the unemployment numbers fraud just before the election.
Since When Are Your Phone Calls Private, Goverment Lawyer Asks
NICK DIVITO
Courthouse News
November 24, 2013
Since Americans expect their phone companies to keep records of their calls, they have no basis to challenge the National Security Agency’s mass collection of that data, a lawyer for the government argued Friday.
Americans have “no reasonable expectation” to privacy when it comes to the telephone calls they make, Assistant Attorney General Stuart Delery said at a packed hearing in federal court.
“People assume that phone companies are recording phone numbers and how long the call lasted,” he said. “We know that because all of us get the bills with those details.”
In June Obama stated that “no one is listening to your phone calls”.
U.S. District Judge William Pauley III is presiding over the trial stemming from the revelation of a then-classified court order that compelled Verizon to turn over domestic phone records for millions of Americans.
Former NSA contractor Edward Snowden leaked the document in June and has since received asylum from Russia.
Jameel Jaffer, deputy legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union, told the court that the dragnet spying program is an “abuse of the government’s investigative power.”
“If they can collect this kind of information, they can collect all kinds of records as well,” Jaffer said.
ACLU attorney Alexander Abdo told the court that “the Fourth Amendment creates a private sphere that the government can’t penetrate.”

“In June Obama stated that ‘no one is listening to your phone calls.’”
And we know this to be true because … well, we don’t know whether this is true or not because everything the NSA does is a big secret, so we are left with nothing to do but trust him and trust his word.
If I were running the NSA the transcripts I would be most interested in reading would be the transcripts of my political enemies.
I would get to read them and to use them as I saw fit and nobody outside of the NSA would know anything about it because everything I get to do would be done in secret.
People think the President is the most powerful man in the country and others think the head of the Fed is the most powerful man in the country, but give to me the power to monitor everyone’s phone calls and you will soon discover who the most powerful man in the country really is.
“Leonard Jeffries Jr. (born 1937) is an American professor of black studies at the City College of New York, part of the City University of New York. He achieved national prominence in the early 1990s for his controversial statements about Jews and white people. In a 1991 speech he claimed that Jews financed the slave trade, used the movie industry to hurt black people, and that whites are “ice people” while Africans are “sun people”.
Imagine this concept: get rid of all subsidized loans. If you want to stop the bubble with a tax the most direct way is to get rid of the MID. But renters on an even playing field with buyers.
We have to dramatically improve our workforce training. Non stem university graduates are almost useless in today’s economy.
It’s worse than that and deeper. “Updating “skills”" will not solve any long-term problems imo. It is structural in that in the reality of globalization and automation. Western economies do not and will not need the number of workers as they did in the past. Not even stem graduates. They are next on the chopping block. (And a world of only stem grads is boring and monotomous as hell) The solutions for societal peace and prosperity involves wealth/job redistribution back to the middle-class. Sorry peeps. It’s gonna take what some of you clowns wrongly call “socialism”.
2013 Engineering Salary Survey: Pressure Up, Salaries Down
It’s almost ironic. We’re living in a time when engineering has never been more important. From communications devices in the hands of most people on the planet to the intelligence that is being embedded into manufactured goods at an unprecedented scale, engineering solutions have never been in higher demand.
Yet market dynamics are seemingly conspiring to undermine the ability of many engineers to make a decent living. Many engineers find themselves unemployed. Those who are employed are seeing their compensation erode even as they put in long hours.
Many factors are contributing to this somber situation. Globalization is placing downward pressure on wages. Advances increasingly seem to deliver incremental outcomes, rather than transformative ones. And there just isn’t enough oxygen in the economy to fuel the kind of recovery that would really heat up the engineering job market.
My salary has gone down the last four years. But I invest in emerging markets and developed markets outside the U.S. I welcome the competition. Do they do Open Source? Yocto? Linux kernel modules? trusted Platform Module programming? Not many do.
Wait a minute! All the blah blah about ‘it used to be so civil here, why does Ben let him be so mean.’
Well welcome to the internet. I allow what I see fit, and I delete what I see fit. You need to tone it down. And if you don’t like it, go over to CNN and yak with those fools.

I think you allow weird bigots space more than you allow my comments on issues. Good lord, you let people call someone gay slurs to try to shut them up. UGLY UGLY, And all this racist CRAP?
Now who’s being ugly? BTW, I delete lots of posts besides yours. And if I delete a post that has a response, the response goes away too. Nothing I can do about that. Oil prices are likely to drop when futures trading re-opens Sunday evening, analysts say, as the nuclear accord between Iran and six world powers potentially paves the way for more crude oil to reach the global market.
Under the deal, reached Sunday, Iran will stop all production of near-weapons grade nuclear fuel and allow the removal of Tehran’s stockpile of the fissile material, estimated to be nearly enough to produce one nuclear bomb. In exchange, Western powers will ease economic sanctions that U.S. officials estimate will provide between $6 billion and $7 billion in foreign exchange for Tehran over the next six months.
“The knee jerk reaction will be a move lower in both Brent and [U.S. oil prices],” said Carl Larry, president of Oil Outlooks & Opinions LLC.

Why Obama Thought He Could Get Away With Obamacare
Editor’s Note: If Obama got away with all this, why not go for it all?

• $6 trillion in new national debt under Obama…after he promised to decrease the deficit.
The corrupt President Barack Obama.
Credit: Ari Levinson via Wikipedia
• Obamacare — A massive and incredibly convoluted bill which exponentially increases the federal government’s control over our personal lives…which neither Obama nor a single Democrat even read before passing, and which will likely bankrupt the nation.
• In both the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections, the Obama campaign purposely disabled the credit card verification system for its Web site donations, allowing anyone from any foreign country to donate with no limit and no proof of identity; in both elections it was demonstrated that people overseas and people with obviously false identities were able to donate to Obama campaign, in direct violation of several laws. To this day it is not known what percentage of Obama’s campaign funds are illegally obtained, since there is no documentation.
• Billions of taxpayer dollars gambled on “green” companies like Solyndra, NextEra, Ener1, Solar Trust and many others — all of which went bankrupt.
• An intentional refusal to enforce federal immigration laws.
• Unemployment at or above 8% for almost his entire term in office (which was actually closer to 15% actual unemployment).
• Operation Fast & Furious — a government-sponsored illegal gun-running scheme designed to purposely go awry so as to induce public outcry for gun control.
• Spent 20 years listening to a racist anti-American pastor (Rev. Jeremiah Wright), whom Obama described as a mentor. On March 18, 2008, Obama gave a speech in which he said “I could no more disown Jeremiah Wright than I could disown my own grandmother” and “[Wright's church, Trinity United] embodies the black community in its entirety.” Now Obama tries to pretend that Jeremiah Wright doesn’t exist, and that his extremist anti-white philosophy didn’t influence Obama’s worldview.
• Increased the percentage of Americans dependent on food stamps to unprecedented levels (now over 15% of the nation’s population).
• Militarily intervened in Libya in 2011 without the Congressional approval required by the War Powers Act — technically an impeachable offense.
• Before he entered politics, Obama worked as a lawyer suing banks in landmark cases, forcing them to give home loans to unqualified minority borrowers — a practice now understood as one of the primary initial causes of the eventual housing bubble and market collapse.
• Handed out over 1,200 waivers to politically connected donors exempting them from the onerous requirements of Obamacare.
• Greatly expanding the number of unaccountable “czars,” which essentially amounts to unilaterally adding new federal departments with no congressional oversight — leading to a true “bureaucracy” in the original sense (rule by unelected bureaucrats).
• Using taxpayer dollars to bail out the private pension funds of autoworkers’ unions at GM & Chrysler.
• Illegally ending the welfare-to-work requirements passed by Congress.
• Doling out $800 billion in stimulus cash for “shovel-ready” jobs that didn’t exist — the money just evaporated with no measurable economic benefit.
• Alienating and isolating Israel, our strongest ally in the Middle East.
• Apologizing to Islamists and terrorists for offending them.
• Under Obama’s watch, for the first time in history America’s credit rating was downgraded, due to his poor economic policies.
• Stopped American oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, allowing other nations with worse environmental records to drill instead — thereby managing to both weaken our economy and damage the environment simultaneously.
• Proposed in 2008 to intentionally bankrupt the coal industry — and now lies to voters and workers in coal-producing regions about his true intent.
• Pretends to be concerned about skyrocketing energy prices, when in fact he vowed to increase them on purpose (so as to make alternative energy schemes more competitive.)
• In a primary debate against Hillary Clinton in 2008, Obama said he would never force people to buy health insurance, since those without it couldn’t afford to buy it. Less than two years later, he rammed through Obamacare, which does indeed force people to buy health insurance.
• During the 2008 campaign, Obama repeatedly promised that if he was elected “No family making less than $250,000 will see any form of tax increase.” This promise was broken over and over again once he was elected.
• In 2008 Obama vowed if elected to increase security along the U.S.-Mexican border — and then in 2010 stopped construction of a “virtual fence” on the border and re-routed money earmarked for border security to other projects.
• Cash for Clunkers, which doled out taxpayer money to anyone who wanted to replace their old cars, but which mostly only ended up subsidizing the puchase of foreign-made cars by people who could have afforded them on their own anyway; meanwhile, the traded-in cars were all destroyed, creating a shortage and thereby increasing the cost of used cars, hurting the pocketbooks of poor people.
• Violated the U.S. Constitution by authorizing assassinations and drone strikes to kill American citizens abroad — without due process.
• Was caught on a “hot mike” promising the President of Russia that he would cave in to their demands for a weaker missile shield — after he was re-elected and no longer had to keep up the pretense that he sought to defend America.
• Appointed Van Jones, a former avowed communist who supported a “9/11 Truth” petition, to be “Green Jobs Czar.”
• Appointed Anita Dunn, who said Chairman Mao was her “favorite philosopher,” to be White House Communications Director.
• Appointed John Holdren, who perviously entertained the notion of forced mass sterilzation to stop overpopulation, to be Science Czar.
• Appointed Steven Chu, who openly advocated an artificial increase in gasoline prices to $10/gallon (and similar increases in other energy prices) to be Secretary of Energy.
• Appointed Kevin Jennings, who led a group that promoted X-rated “sex-positive” textbooks for 13-year-olds, instructed teenagers at a conference how to perform “fisting” (anal penetration by fists), who refused to report instances of statutory rape, and who expressed admiration for a member of NAMBLA, to be America’s “Safe School’s Czar.”
• When states voted to enforce the federal immigration laws which the federal government refused to enforced, Obama sued to stop them.
• Blocked continued construction of the Keystone Pipeline, thereby intentionally reducing energy resources for the US and forcing Canada to sell more of its oil to China.
• Repeatedly changed his position on gay marriage over the years, depending on what was politically expedient at the moment and which intended audience he was addressing.
• Before he was president, Obama staunchly opposed raising the national debt limit — but once elected, he insisted that it be raised.
• When giving a 2009 speech in France that he must have assumed Americans would never hear, he described the United States as “arrogant” and “dismissive” (while also criticizing Europe elsewhere in the speech).
• When states tried to stop election fraud with voter ID laws, Obama sued to prevent them from doing so.
• Instructed Attorney General Eric Holder to stonewall any investigation into the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panthers.
• Promised in 2008 that once elected he would officially recognize the Armenian Genocide; but to this date he has still failed to do so, caving in to threats and pressure from Turkey.
• Vowed to end the influence of lobbyists in Washington, but under Obama’s watch their influence has only increased.
• When he was first running for President, Obama promised, “I will not sign any non-emergency bill without giving the American public an opportunity to review and comment on the White House website for five days.” Needless to say, he has broken that promise with almost every bill he has signed since.
• Aided and abetted the “Arab Spring” which deposed existing secular governments across North Africa, leading to a regional power vacuum which was filled by Al Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood, and other hardline Islamists.
• Refused to provide assistance or support the the earlier secular Iranian democracy uprising, allowing them to be crushed by the Islamic fundamentalist Iranian regime.
• In his first months in office, Obama bowed to the king of Saudi Arabia, the president of China, the Emperor of Japan, and President of Mexico, among others.
• Ordered NASA to make one of its top priorities not space exploration or scientific research but “Muslim outreach.”
• Used Obamacare as a pretext to greatly increase the size and power of the IRS (which was given 16,000 new agents and additional mandates to penalize taxpayers for noncompliance).
• Used the IRS to harass conservative businesses.
• In the GM bailout, he illegally shortchanged investors who according to bankruptcy laws were first in line to be recompensed; instead, he gave their share to the unions.
• Shut down oil drilling in the US, but then turned around and lent $2 billion to Brazil to support their government-controlled oil-drilling effort — and then promised the US would become one of Brazil’s biggest oil customers.
• Sued Boeing in an effort to control where businesses could locate, kowtow to the unions, and block the creation of 1,000 jobs in South Carolina, a right-to-work (i.e. no forced unionization) state.
• Adopted a longstanding Socialist political slogan, “Forward!”, as his 2012 campaign motto.
• Sent insulting form letters to the familes of dead SEALs.
• Neither disavowed nor distanced himself from anti-Romney campaign ads which threatened or implied violence against Republicans.
• Shortly after the recent eruption of anti-American violence in North Africa, Obama went to Las Vegas to do his debate preparation in a hotel…with a romanticized North Africa theme.
• Said in an interview that the Muslim call to prayer was “one of the prettiest sounds on earth at sunset.”
• Union boss and far-left activist Andy Stern has visitied Obama in the White House at least 53 times, at last count — greater access than any other private citizen.
• Hosted at the White House many Islamist members of groups associated with Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood, etc.
• Sponsored performances by and attended fundraisers with radical rappers like Michael Franti and Common, both of whose lyrics have in some cases been anti-police, anti-white, and anti-America.
• Hired Timothy Geithner, who is documented as cheating on his own personal taxes, to be Secretary of the Treasury.
• Told Joe “the Plumber” Wurzelbacher that it was good to “spread the wealth around.”
• Told small business owners nationwide in a 2012 speech that “you didn’t build that” — implying that they should not claim credit for their own success, since taxpayers (i.e. themselves and other business owners) had funded the national infrastructure.
• Insulted the British people by rudely returning to them a bust of Churchill which previously had been a ceremonial gift on display at the White House; when later confronted on this inexplicable action, he lied about it.
• Canceled plans to complete a missile defense shield in Poland, a move which was highly praised by Russia — the very nation whose missile threat would have been neutralized if the shield had been completed.
• By loudly publicizing (for personal political gain) the identity of exact SEAL teams who had killed Osama bin Laden, Obama made them a target for reprisals by Islamists; a short time later 22 SEALS were shot down and killed in Afghanistan, their worst loss of life ever.
• Established an extra-Constitutional top secret “kill list” of people (including Americans) Obama claims the right to kill on sight, and then bragged about it publicly.
• Set up a special email account, “Flag@Whitehouse.gov,” to which Americans were supposed to inform the government of anyone they heard spreading “disinformation” about Obama’s health care overhaul. (This was the first of three different “spy on your friends and neighbors” programs.)
• “Attack Watch” was Obama’s second Big Brother attempt, a Web site on which you would report “attacks” on Obama’s proposals and ideology; it was quickly shut down due to outrage and mockery.
• Finally, Obama set up the “Truth Team” program which encouraged citizens to report to the government any friends or relatives they hear repeating “lies” about Obama. The Truth Team site still exists.
• Twisted the arms of defense contractors to not issue layoff notices in early November, so as to avoid causing bad news for Obama right before the election — even though federal law (the “WARN Act”) requires such notices.
• After the attacks on American interests in North Africa on September 11, 2012, Obama gave a speech to the U.N. and declared “The future must not belong to those who slander The Prophet of Islam” — transferring the blame from the attackers onto the makers of a film trailer that supposedly “offended” the Islamists.
• Repeatedly snubbed and got into public tiffs with Benjamin Netanyahu, who as the leader of Israel is supposed to be Obama’s closest colleague in international affairs.
• On May 19, 2011, Obama told Israel they must return to the 1967 borders as a pre-condition for continuing talks with the Palestinians — even though the status of the borders was the main issue the talks were supposed to address.
• Encouraged politically biased hiring practices in the Justice Department.
• Soon after taking office, Obama rescinded the “Mexico City Policy,” which previously had banned NGOs which are supported by American taxpayer funds from using those funds to perform abortions in foreign countries.
• Attempted to force returning veterans to pay huge increases for their health coverage…as a way to generate more funding for his Obamacare provisions.
• In June of 2011, he anointed his own underage daughters as “senior staff members” so that their vacation to Africa would be paid for with taxpayer money.
• Interviews with high school classmates revealed that Obama was a heavy and frequent user of marijuana in his teenage years (not to mention his self-admitted cocaine use in college).
• Played over 100 rounds of golf during his first three years in office, meaning that he was on the links close to 10% of the days he has been president.
• Voted to allow post-birth abortions (i.e. facilitating the deaths of babies who survive late-term abortions) not just once but three times in a row as an Illinois state senator.
• The pastor whom Obama selected to give the national benediction at his 2009 inauguration recently declared that “all white people are going to Hell.”
• Sided with Hugo Chavez and the Castro regime regarding the Honduran Constitutional Crisis of 2009, the first time ever that the U.S. formed a political alliance with socialist governments in Latin America.
• Obama Administration OKed the nomination of Chas Freeman to chair the National Intelligence Council (which coordinates intelligence reports from all government agencies), despite the fact that he was openly hostile to Israel and strongly favored Arabist goals. (He later withdrew under pressure.)
• Chinese pianist Lang Lang played an offensively anti-American song at a 2011 White House dinner where Obama hosted Chinese president Hu Jintao, to the delight and amazement of the communist Chinese visitors, while Obama just sat there and smiled (the song’s Chinese lyrics describe Americans as “warmongering jackals”).
• There was a great deal of (still unverified) suspicion that the company LightSquared received favorable treatment from the Obama administration for approval of its broadband technology which interfered with the GPS system; an Air Force general claimed he was pressured by the Obama administration to downplay his criticism of LightSquared’s technology in sworn testimony.
• Obama’s Department of Energy awarded $529 million to Fisker Automotive to build their Karma hybrid electric cars — even though they are manufactured in Finland, cost over $100,000 each, and tend to explode.
• When Inspector General Gerald Walpin discovered during a 2009 investigation that one of Obama’s political allies (the mayor of Sacramento) was misusing government funds for personal gain, Obama unceremoniously fired Walpin — even though rooting out fraud was the job description of the Inspector General.
Barack Obama is undergoing a historic collapse in approval ratings.
• More than once Obama made so-called “recess appointments” when the Senate was not actually in recess, which directly violates Constitutional rules about how appointments must be made; in each case it was his way of getting his political allies into certain key positions without them being vetted or approved by the Senate, as required.
• After Nidal Malik Hasan massacred 13 people at Fort Hood while shouting “Allahu Akbar” so as to become a martyr for Islam, the Obama administration refused to classify his action as “terrorism” and instead deemed it merely “workplace violence.”
• Despite the fact that the Falkland Islands have been part of Great Britain since 1833 and that Great Britain is supposed to be our strongest ally, Obama essentially sided with Argentina in its new claim on the Falklands, not only by adopting the Argentine position that their status is open to negotiation, but even by (attempting to) refer to the islands by their Spanish name (Malvinas).
• Convened the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform (a.k.a. the Simpson-Bowles commission) in order to address a major economic crisis…and then summarily dismissed and ignored their recommendations.
• Criticized the Supreme Court’s legal reasoning (about the Citizen’s United decision) during a State of the Union address, which many considered a dangerous precedent as it appeared to place political pressure on the court, violating the Constitution’s separation of powers; but his bullying seems to have later paid off, when the Supreme Court apparently altered its Obamacare decision so as to not ruffle any political feathers.
• On April 27, 2009, Obama’s staff (possibly at his direction) ordered Air Force One to make an unnecessary very low flight over part of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty, which many residents mistakenly assumed must be a second 9/11 attack in progress; turned out that it was just a stunt to get a photo op of Obama’s plane next to the Statue of Liberty.
• Obama somehow managed to insert mentions of himself into the official biographies of earlier presidents on the White House Web site — even presidents from the 19th century. After public outcry, the narcissistic Obama mentions were quietly removed without comment.
• Intentionally misquotes the Declaration of Independence in speeches, often leaving out the words “by their Creator” in the famous passage “…are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights,” which Obama instead has recited as “…are endowed with certain unalienable rights.”
• In June of 2009, Obama’s Solicitor General (and now Supreme Court Justice) Elena Kagan filed a legal brief to prevent the families of 9/11 victims from appealing their lawsuits against the Saudi royal family for financing the 9/11 attacks.
• The 2009 National Christmas Tree in the White House was decorated with ornaments depicting Chairman Mao, a drag queen, and a picture of Mount Rushmore that included Obama’s own head next to George Washington’s.
• Compelled Catholic and other religious organizations to provide health plans with free contraception, even though such requirements violate their rights of religious freedom and conscience.
• It was revealed only after Obama became president that during the 1990s he was a leading member of the “New Party,” a socialist-aligned far-left radical group in Chicago.
• Lied about his close associations with former Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers; pretended the two barely knew each other, when multiple sources document they were friends and close colleagues for years.
• When Obama was inaugurated as President on January 20, 2009, he at first flubbed the oath of office, so he had to re-take it behind closed doors for his inauguration to be valid. He did so, but during this second, true inauguration in private, he purposely failed to place his hand on a Bible, as is traditional — the first president ever to not swear the oath of office on the Bible.
• Obama’s own author bio in his literary agent’s catalog and on their Web site stated for 17 consecutive years that he was born in Kenya; this claim remained intact despite other portions of the bio being altered and updated repeatedly. It was only in 2007 after he decided to run for the presidency that the “born in Kenya” claim was taken down. The original info must necessarily have come from Obama himself; some theorize he likely falsely claimed foreign birth in order to gain admission or scholarships in college, and never bothered to fix his lie.
• After winning the 2008 election but before being sworn in, Obama bombastically concocted the official-seeming “Office of the President-Elect” as if it was some kind of real government department; in fact, it was just a self-congratulatory title he made up to look important before he actually became president.
• Obama administration came up with the bizarre euphemism “man-caused disasters” to describe acts of terrorism — because he wants to downplay terrorism as a significant political issue.
• For three years in a row his official budget proposals to Congress received exactly zero votes — not even a single vote from Democrats.
• Relied on an Islamic fundamentalist militia group called “The Martyrs of the February the 17th Revolution Brigade” to provide security at the American mission in Benghazi — and they not only failed to prevent the attack but perhaps even joined in on it.
• During the debate over Obamacare in 2009, Obama bluntly stated that doctors like to perform amputations rather than practice preventive medicine for no other reason than that they make a greater profit from amputations. The American College of Surgeons demanded an apology, which never arrived.
• Since 2008 the Los Angeles Times has been in possession of a videotape showing Obama honoring and praising anti-Western anti-Israel academic Edward Said, but they have steadfastly refused to release it to this day, for no discernible reason other than their belief it would damage Obama’s reputation.
• When the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe recently held a conference on human rights, Obama sent an American representative — Salam al-Marayati, a Truther who blamed Israel for the 9/11 attacks and who also praises Hezbollah and Hamas. To the nations of Europe, al-Marayati spoke for all Americans on the topic of human rights.
• Obama’s Department of Homeland Security specifically warned that Americans who are “dedicated to a
single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration” are potential terrorists, as are libertarian-minded voters who “favor of state or local authority” over centralized power. These “rightwing extremists” (who hold political beliefs shared by a majority of Americans) are deemed a greater threat to the nation than actual revolutionaries or jihadists.
• While campaigning in 2008 Obama declared that it was “unpatriotic” that Bush had increased the national debt at a rate of half a trillion dollars per year; but under Obama the rate of national debt increase has accelerated to almost three times the Bush rate ($6 trillion in new debt in under four years) — yet Obama has never apologized nor declared himself unpatriotic.
• For decades, every president has attended a “daily intelligence briefing” which updates him on critical world events each morning. Obama has skipped 60% of his daily intelligence briefings, including the ones leading up to the attack in Benghazi.

Bankers rule.

teresa giudice pleads not guilty more fraud
Remember, Perezcious readers, it’s Danielle Staub who is apparently a prostitution whore!

Hacking the Shamnesty:

“You ignore the civil rights of Joe Q Taxpayer.”

Yep…

Sucker just wants more H1-B visas so he can hire cheaper workers.
I have two suggestions for H1-B:
1. Start the clock now. Make it be well-known to every college and technical school that H1-B will stop in six years. Let in H1-B’s to work in two-year stints. Then STOP the program.
2. H1-B’s can come to the country to work, but ONLY the worker. No parents, and NO wives.
That’ll upset a couple apple carts.
Yellen lies:
“I think it’s important for the Fed, as hard as it is, to attempt to detect asset bubbles when they are forming. We devote a good deal of time and attention to monitoring asset prices in different sectors, whether it’s house prices or equity prices and farmland prices, to try to see if there is evidence of price misalignments that are developing. By in large, I would say that I don’t see evidence at this point in major sectors of asset price misalignments, at least of the level that would threaten financial stability.”

“Why don’t you find something better to do, like dig up Rachel Corrie’s corpse so you can run her over with a bulldozer again.”
Never forget.
Iran will have plenty of money if allowed to sell its oil on the world market.
Remember, Iran is not an Arab country and does not want the Al Quada rebels to win in Syria, Iraq, or Afghanistan.
Russia is supporting Syria just because the US is supporting the Al Quada rebels. It’s 1960’s all over again.
Unless we cave on the enrichment issue this will not change in six months.
get Obamacare off the front of the news cycles

This is finally something I can say is done right by the Obama administration.
How odd that this same government was planning to cause WWIII in Syria a couple months ago. Something crawled up there places where the sun don’t shine.

I’m noticing that instead of job growth we keep getting asset inflation as the pathway to an improving economy. I guess its a lot easier to manipulate asset prices?
job growth
Associated Press: “U.S. job openings and overall hiring both reached five-year highs in September, signaling steady improvement in the job market.
Job postings rose 69,000 to a seasonally adjusted 3.9 million, the Labor Department said Friday. That’s the most since March 2008, just a few months after the deep recession began.”
Obviously asset price inflation is the way to create jobs…right?
The Fed Is Creating - and Exporting - Asset Price Inflation
By Gerald P. O’Driscoll Jr.
The Conversation
November 22, 2013

Debunking the Myths About Central Banks
Does an economy need a lender of last resort? Is the Fed really independent? It’s time for some rethinking.
By Gerald P. O’Driscoll Jr.

No Rules Guiding Central Bank Actions
By Jerry L. Jordan
The Conversation
November 20, 2013
“…there are no rules guiding central bank actions…”
If rules were in place they’d likely be ignored; you know the meme, “It’s different this time.”

Fourth SJSU student suspended in wake of alleged hate crime

Wow, thanks for posting. These “hate crime” hoaxes get more elaborate by the minute.

Hear, hear!

President Obama and Eric Holder only stoke the sentiments of monsters like this.
Is it by any specific actions that they’ve taken in office, or is it merely the fact that black people hold high offices that enrages the monsters?

Hope and Change:
These days the word is particularly toxic at the White House, where it has been hidden away to make the Affordable Care Act more palatable to the public and less a target for Republicans, who have long accused Democrats of seeking “socialized medicine.” But the redistribution of wealth has always been a central feature of the law and lies at the heart of the insurance market disruptions driving political attacks this fall.”
http://www.nytimes.com/2013/11/24/us/dont-dare-call-the-health-law-redistribution.html?_r=0
“Deductibility of property tax on your federal tax return…The elimination of that one item alone would hammer the upper middle class and the 1%er’s…”
In a lot of states that would hammer every home owner.

Short of mailing checks (free money) to households, how would they accomplish that? Automatically refi’ing every mortgage to 0% interest?
They would do it through asset price inflation, which transfers wealth from non-Ownership Society members to Ownership Society members.
to Ownership Society members ??
Redux Bush 2002 ?? How did that work out for us ??
Do u think the fact that so many people don’t want to work has anything to do with the dollars loss of over 95% of its value over the past 100 years?
Would you want to go to work and bust your @ss knowing your never going to get ahead because you cant afford the american dream such as a home and a car to get to work?
This is the decision facing countless people today. Go to work for a salary that wont pay your bills or get on the lucrative govt gravy train.
It didn’t work out for us so well after the last time the household wealth distribution became as lopsided as the current one is, which was the 1920s.
How income inequality hurts America
By Steve Hargreaves
CNN September 25, 2013: 6:43 AM ET
…

“the median wage earner in America took home 9% less last year…”
And there were a couple million less of those taking home a wage!
“Why would people not earning a wage be counted in any statistic about wage earners.”
It depends on the objective.
Add the amnestied aliens to the list of redistribution. Jose and Juanita won’t get any of my gold though.
End of the Road Rush to Hard Assets-Fabian Calvo
18 November 2013
By Greg Hunter’s USAWatchdog.com

Just don’t incentivize and leave it at that. Please.
If you decide to get rid of everyone with an IQ below 90, eventually you will make the list. That’s how statistics work.
“That’s how statistics work.”
But if the point of all this is to improve the gene pool then I am all for sacrificing him.
Here’s some interesting/informative stuff about I.Q tests, FWIW:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flynn_effect
Hahaha!
Do you think that I am going to live and reproduce to I am 300 years old. I think it would be great if my IQ becomes the cut-off point. Mankind will have truly advanced. My actual IQ is none of your business but it is above the estimate for Bill Clinton’s IQ so I really hope that we advance so much using my suggestion.
Your emotional IQ is far below average.
we are too politically correct to admit that human behavior is primarily genetically determined and the only way to reduce crime and dependency is eugenics applied in a humane manner.
rac·ist noun
1. a person who believes that a particular race is superior to another.
(eugenics ) moral aspects included rejection of the doctrine that all human beings are born equal, and redefining morality purely in terms of genetic fitness.[22] Its racist elements included pursuit of a pure “Nordic race” or “Aryan” genetic pool and the eventual elimination of “less fit” races. ….By the end of World War II, eugenics by means of coerced sexual sterilization had been largely abandoned, having become associated with Nazi Germany; wiki
DC Ralliers Fly Rebel Flag, Tell Obama ‘Put the Quran Down’
http://newsone.com/2739453/veterans-protest-confederate-flag/
As the nation faced a week that might see the nation default on its debt, while thousands of federal employees continue to go without pay, a small anti-Obama rally at the National World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C. featured Confederate flag-waving, calls to “Impeach Obama,” and appearances by some of the very same lawmakers who led us into this predicament.
“Its racist elements included pursuit of a pure “Nordic race” or “Aryan” genetic pool and the eventual elimination of “less fit” races. ….By the end of World War II, eugenics by means of coerced sexual sterilization had been largely abandoned, having become associated with Nazi Germany; wiki”
You know there was a recent Yale study that has received very little attention, it found Tea Party members have a better grasp of science than the general public. Being politically correct is as bad as being a fundie when it comes to science.
Facts are stubborn things, if you look at a list of wealthy nations and look at their IQs anyone should see that wealthy and high IQ nations have an almost perfect overlap.
Which is the cause and which is the effect?
And that is why what I am advocating is not racism. I do not advocate the elimination of any race.
Don’t conflate both. They are different subjects.
You are a bigot.
But they need education on how to put condoms on bananas.
“This is the big reason real estate has been overvalued since the 70s.”
I’ve wondered about this for years, and the road always ends up back at LBJ’s Great Society. However not knowing much about social policies other than paying into them I’m sure my thinking has flaws.

If you don’t like LBJ’s Great Society, that’s cool. There are plenty of reasons to not like it. But pinning the housing bubble on it seems disingenuous.
My brother returned from a biz trip to China. When he described his North Carolina house, its size (3000 sq ft) and its price ($200K) the locals couldn’t believe how “cheap” it was. He said that they were floored.
FWIW, there are nations with bubbles that dwarf our own, and many, if not all, of these nations.
Do not have 30 year, no/low down mortgages.
Do not have MID

Oh no you don’t.
They have bubbles that “dwarf our own” because they have subsidies that dwarf our own.

I think overvaluation since the 70s has a lot to do with going off of the gold standard, which in turn may have been caused by expenses from the Vietnam War.

Racial code words obscure real issues
http://thehill.com/opinion/columnists/juan-williams/207295-2012-racial-code-words-obscure-real-issue
Oh, lordy, give it up. It ain’t workin’ and it’s just looking more and more frantic.

The Anaheim, California-based company listed assets of as much as $500 million and debt of as much as $1 billion in a Chapter 11 petition filed yesterday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware.
A House Oversight and Government Reform subcommittee scrutinized a $529 million federal loan granted to Fisker in 2009, questioning why the government had made it in the first place and what the company would do to repay taxpayers.
Fisker missed its first payment on the low-interest U.S. loan on April 22. It had drawn about $193 million of the loan before being cut off by the U.S. Energy Department for missing milestones.”

The San Francisco Chronicle reports the obvious:
“A new study recently published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology shows that men who feel they have more attractive wives report higher levels of marital satisfaction. The study, conducted by psychologist Andrea Meltzer, surveyed 450 newlywed couples over four years and asked if a more attractive spouse could lead to a happier union.
“The significant effect of wives’ attractiveness on husbands’ satisfaction was significantly stronger than the nonsignificant effect of husbands’ attractiveness on wives’ satisfaction, indicating that partner physical attractiveness played a larger role in predicting husbands’ marital satisfaction than it did in predicting wives’ marital satisfaction.”
Basically, what Meltzer is trying to say is that spousal attractiveness is apparently much more important for men than women.”

Ha ha! Just be sure she won’t pop out kids. More often than not, her body chemistry changes so that she will have a hard time getting back to Pre pregnant weight. I know one woman who bore four kids and stayed in great swimsuit shape (masters swimmer and cyclist).
I also noticed long ago that even fathers tend to get gray hair earlier than other men. My own hair in my 50s is starting to thin in a couple places (partly because of prescribed drugs) but it is still dark like when I was in my 20s.
Viagra causes hair loss?
Ha ha! It is Synthroid. Causes hair thinning.Nice thing about it is that it does increase testosterone. synthroid is for hypothyroidism. Thank goodness my TSH level was the only symptom. They caught it in 2011. You can inherit it if your natural parents were from the Great Lakes and one of them, most likely the mother, had hypothyroidism. some bodybuilders somehow get ahold of Synthroid and use it because it helps build muscle and reduce body fat - happened to me, so I don’t mind having to take this drug. But every four months you need your blood chemistry checked. Any drug could be dangerous if over prescribed.
I also noticed long ago that even fathers tend to get gray hair earlier than other men.
YMMV. My brother and I both have kids and we are your age. We aren’t graying yet. Meanwhile, my single brother-in-law was solid gray in his mid thirties.

Loss-share agreements abuse public
April 14, 2013|Noelle Nikpour
Treasury.

San Diego Median Housing Price Down 10% Y-o-Y And Falling

Considering the crime ridden hell hole CA is, it shouldn’t come as a surprise.
Check out those snowballing price reductions:

I didn’t even realize it snowed in San Diego!
Not to belabor a point which I have been making since the bond market started to crash around May 2, 2013, but the price reductions pretty much coincide exactly with when mortgage rates began their gradual march upward.
I’m sure it’s purely coincidental…
Those San Diego price reductions make a pretty picture.
And they better keep slashing the price.
It is NOT the American dream to have neighbors on section 8 or given special loans because their ancestors were mistreated. Home buyers somehow forget that is what is going on. No one who is off the fence and wanting to buy a house hopes to find section 8 in his neighborhood.

Mortgage Applications in U.S. Retreated for Third Straight Week
By Ben Schenkel - Nov 20, 2013 4:00 AM PT
Mortgage applications in the U.S. dropped for a third consecutive week as refinancing eased to a two-month low.
The Mortgage Bankers Association’s index fell 2.3 percent in the period ended Nov. 15 after a 1.8 percent loss the week prior, the Washington-based trade group said today.
The group’s purchases measure climbed 5.8 percent to the highest since September. The refinancing gauge declined 6.5 percent to the weakest since mid-September.
The average rate on a 30-year fixed loan increased to 4.46 percent last week, the highest in a month, from 4.44 percent. The rate on a 15-year loan was unchanged at 3.52 percent.
The share of applicants looking to refinance decreased to 64.3 percent, the lowest since the period ended Oct. 4, from 66.3 percent.

The billionaire conservatives join the ranks of business interests trying to rein in the populist right, but they’re no longer in a position to dictate to the movement.
…Populist Tea Partiers driven by ideology care little for the pleas for sanity from banking lobbyists and the Chamber of Commerce; indeed, they wear their disregard for Big Business as a badge of honor.
Where does that leave the Koch brothers? The billionaire industrialists have funded a sprawling empire of libertarian-conservative activism; they’ve been dubbed the bankrollers of the Tea Party. Liberals frequently accuse them of seeking deregulatory policies to further their company’s financial interests. But what happens when the Tea Party’s ideological warfare threatens to plunge the U.S. economy into chaos?
The answer: The Kochs appear to be distancing themselves from the movement they’ve helped to create.
Yeah, I ask because the Free State Project of NH is supposedly bank-rolled by them. Goes to show I can read about bitcoins all I want until the cows come home but understanding politics is murky. It is a he said-she said game. Either an asteroid is gonna get us or the government, take your pick.

So, if you don’t agree with Obama’s policies it makes you a bigot? I thought it made you a racist.
This is what finally convinced me that Lola ain’t 14, but is instead an old broken down spouse. Bigot is an old school word. Today they skip right over it and call you a racist. Kansas governor attended Bilderberg meeting
Taxpayers help cover expenses, but spokesman mum on details
Published: 10/04/2007 at 1:00 AM
Jerome R. Corsi

And we know this to be true because … well, we don’t know whether this is true or not because everything the NSA does is a big secret, so we are left with nothing to do but trust him and trust his word.
(snort)
I’m pretty sure Obama ment that calls are run thru a computer and translated and indexed and the analyst just review the call transcripts.

How to end QE ?
Fed peg what interest rates will be at over each of the next five years.

Remember that the Fed only affects 25% of the world economy directly.
They have started to lose control over interest rate increases.

The reason for taxes on asset sale gains is to destroy this bubble mania thinking.
2013 Engineering Salary Survey: Pressure Up, Salaries Down
http://electronicdesign.com/trends-amp-analysis/2013-engineering-salary-survey-pressure-salaries-down?pid=NToctOB

Wife: “Honey, if I were to suddenly die do you think you would get married again?”
Husband: “Oh please dear, so far this has been a wonderful day. Please don’t spoil it by bringing up such matters.”
A few moments pass by …
Wife: “Well, I would like to know. I do not think the question is at all unreasonable.”
The husband ponders a bit then said: “Well … yes. After thinking about it a bit I do think I would probably get married again.”
Wife: “Oh. That isn’t quite what I expected you to say. Then tell me, would you sell the house?”
Husband: ” Sell the house? Why would I want to sell the house?”
Wife: “Oh. Well then, would you sell our bed?”
Husband: “Sell our bed? It’s such a nice bed, why would I want to sell it?”
Wife: Well then, how about my golf clubs? Would you allow her use my golf clubs?”
Husband: “No. She’s left handed.”

Has anyone seen Gravity?
Does anyone use Straight Talk?
I have used straight talk for years. had the 30 bucks a month plan for a couple years. when I got a new samsung phone I had to buy the unlimited plan for 45 / month. great service no problems. unlimited phone and texting for 45 / month.
“Does anyone use Straight Talk?”
I bought this plan for my daughter along with a Samsung Galaxy from WalMart. I don’t use a smart phone myself, but she’s a high-school teenager, and without one you’re a loser and ostracized. Buck-up dad!
“Has anyone seen Gravity?”
The acting is great, but you have to either suspend belief or ignore the Roadrunner cartoon physics (e.g. what mysterious force is it that is trying to pull George Clooney’s character away from Sandra Bullock’s, at the point when their bodies are at rest in gravity-free outer space?).

Oil prices likely to drop after Iran nuclear deal
By Tatyana Shumsky
…
Sweet!
Jethro,
You’re Pats are turning it around.

If Obama got away with all this, why not go for it all?
He did and he did. Did you miss the memo?
